MPK - Łódź Spółka z o.o. was the first local public transport company in Poland to organise special transport for the disabled. Transportation of the disabled division transports over 60 thousand people a year. Among the passengers you can find people with movement impairments, who are unable to use public transport. Company transports disabled inhabitants of the Łódź Commune to schools, therapy institutes, protected work companies, rehabilitation centres and other medical and care centres. MPK - Łódź Spółka z o.o.  offers services for cultural and sports events participants as well as those attending family celebrations.

In this door-to-door transport it is offered full service, including transporting people in wheelchairs down the stairs. For such transport, the company uses four Volkswagen T4 and twelve Fiat Ducato cars adapted specially adapted to transporting people in wheelchairs; the cars are fitted with special wheelchair lifts.

The Division works every day of the year from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.. If ordered, the service is rendered also during night hours.

MPK - Łódź Spółka z o.o. has the transport license for the whole country.
